Sanoma Budapest awarded with eight 'Superbrand' titles

Sanoma Budapest awarded with eight 'Superbrand' titles - lead kép Sanoma Budapest is proud to announce that eight brands from its portfolio have been awarded with the prestigious title: ?Superbrand of the year 2008”.

 The following print titles have been awarded:

- Hungary's number one magazine for young women: Cosmopolitan.

- Business weekly Figyelő, with a Pulitzer prize winning editorial team.

- Leading scientific and educational magazine: National Geographic.

- Hungary?s weekly female mass magazine and absolute market leader with an outstandingly    

   long tradition:  Nők Lapja.

- The most popular weekly celebrity magazine in Hungary: story.

 

The awarded online brands are:

- News website FigyelőNet, which is also a rich source of information for company executives.

- Hungary's most popular website for women Nők Lapja C@fe.

- Hungary's premier directory on the internet, and also a truly unique resource, Startlap.

 

Superbrand titles have been awarded in Hungary since 2004. Every year the Superbrands committee selects the strongest and most valuable brands from a database of nearly 95.000 registered Hungarian trademarks. Regarding this year's awards; Cosmopolitan receives this award for the second time, Story, Nők Lapja, Figyelő and National Geographic for the third time.
